Touran 1.9 105 DSG : Auto rigenerazione filtro particolato

Ciao a tutti

Volevo chiedere se avete i codici per abilitare la procedura di ripristino da fermo del filtro antiparticolato..

Prima vi spiego il mio problema:

mi si era accesa la spia del guasto al motore, tramite VCDS avevo trovato il guasto al sensore GP450 che compariva anche a motore spento quindi l'ho cambiato e per un po è andato tutto ok.
Da alcuni giorni si è accesa la spia del motore e quella delle candelette lampeggiante. il VCDS mi dice che sul sensore GP450 la pressione d'uscita è bassa e che il bank 1 del filtro è otturato (la conseguenza è la potenza ridotta) ... ogni tanto si accende la spia del filtro (quella con i pallini dentro per intenderci),, ho provato a fare un po di chilometri in autostrada a 2500 3000 e marcia costante ma non sembra aver luogo l'autorigenerazione, quindi volevo forzarla...

A questo punto mi sono accorto che la sezione adaptation non è funzionante e non conosco i codici per attivarla su security access (16) o coding II (11)

ah scusate la versione del mio VCDS è la 10.6.2 ela mia auto è quella in oggetto con motore BLS

Applicabile solo ai motori 1.4l/1.9l/2.0l R4 & 2.5l R5 PD/PPD-TDI


Prerequisites (General):

• Ignition ON
• Engine ON (Idle)
• Coolant Temperature above 50 °C (see MVB 002.4)
• Particle Filter Load below Specification (see MVB 075.3, VCDS should give the specified value)
  • If the Particle Filter Load is above Specification the Particle Filter needs to be replaced since the car may burn down when regenerating.
• Power Consumers ON (Light, Seat Heating, Front/Rear Window Heater, Climate Control)

Conditions (Driving Cycle):

• Vehicle Speed between 30-60 km/h (18-37 MPH)
• Engine Speed between 1500-2500 RPM (4th or 5th Gear, Automatic Transmission in Tiptronic)
• Duration approx. 15-20 Minutes
• Exhaust Gas Temperature before Turbo Charger above 700 °C

Drive the car based on the above conditions until the Particle Filter Load is as low as possible (close to 0 %). In case the regeneration fails there can either be problems with the Driving Cycle Conditions or with the Engine Hardware.

MVB 075.4: Exhaust Gas Temperature after Particle Filter


Now Start the Driving Cycle and keep watching the Measuring Blocks (2nd Person required).
